Malfunction of hydraulic system:

1. There is injection signal but no injection.

Failure of raw material system:

1. The injection amount of raw materials is less or more than the prescribed injection amount.

1. With injection signal and without injection:

Reason: a. no action of the injection head or no action of the injection head proximity switch.

B. the material injection port is blocked.

Countermeasures: a. Check whether the injection head proximity switch is normal.

B. check whether the action of the solenoid valve of the injection head is normal.

C. Check whether the intermediate relay of the injection head solenoid valve is normal.

D. check whether the raw material injection port is blocked.

2. No movement of head cleaning:

Reason: a. the solenoid valve of cleaning head fails.

B. the cleaning head is stuck in the sponge.

Countermeasures: a. Check whether the intermediate relay of cleaning head solenoid valve is normal.

B. check whether the solenoid valve of the cleaning head is normal.

C. Check whether the cleaning head is filled with sponge.

3. Proximity switch fault:

Reason: a. failure of proximity switch.

B. the plug of proximity switch fails.

Solution: replace proximity switch or plug.

4. The injection amount of raw materials is less than the prescribed injection amount:

Cause: high and low pressure switching valve loop leakage.

Countermeasures: clean the high and low pressure switch valve and replace the seal.

5. The injection amount of raw materials is more than the prescribed injection amount:

Reason: a. the pressure regulating part of injection nozzle fails.

B. sealing failure of injection nozzle.

Countermeasures: replace injection nozzle pressure regulator or seal.
